As a tourist, I absolutely loved the peacefulness of the accommodation. No traffic noise and incredibly quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay. The cabin itself was well-equipped with a kitchen and dining space, and the shower was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say it was the best shower I've ever experienced. The cabin also had large windows and a patio door that overlooked a beautiful backyard leading into the wilderness. We enjoyed eating our meals outside at the picnic table, taking advantage of the lovely weather and grounds. The convenience of onsite parking was also a plus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed at a beautiful 2 bedroom cabin on the property and it was simply amazing. the cabin was well-equipped with a kitchen and dining space, and the shower was absolutely incredible - it had a monsoon, jets, and a handheld power shower. Definitely the best shower I've ever experienced! the surroundings were peaceful and quiet, with no traffic noise at all. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked to come back in the summer. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like! 🙌.

The lodge we stayed in was clean and cosy, with all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we had full control over the heating, which was great considering it was freezing outside. The modern waterfall shower with an inbuilt radio was a highlight, and the kitchenette was well stocked. The grounds were spacious and private, and we felt really secure with the automatic fence for parking. it was a lovely little place to stay.

The mattress in the lodge dipped towards the edge, which made it slightly uncomfortable. In terms of dining, we weren't able to get a table at the local restaurant on a busy Saturday night.

The lodge had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a huge garden. Lorraine was a charming host. Perfect for families with three beds in the studio and a massive garden for kids to play in. Easy drive to Cambridge and the Park and Ride. The village had three pubs.

    Felt secure, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a lovely one-night getaway at this quiet and peaceful hotel. The large studio in the beautiful garden was perfect for our family of five, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchenette. The cleanliness and amenities were top-notch, and the large TV was a bonus. We enjoyed watching deer and squirrels in the garden. The location was convenient for visiting Cambridge and Newmarket, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Kendall Lodge was excellent, and the room was fantastic. The location was peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the host was friendly and gave helpful directions to nearby attractions. the welcome basket of refreshments was a nice touch.

The noise from the fridge and boiler was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. the lack of softer pillows was also disappointing.

We had a fabulous night in a private lodge at Kendall Lodge. The size of the lodge was perfect for our group of five, with a spacious kitchen, comfortable sofas, and a large TV with surround sound. We were even able to bring our beloved cocker spaniel along. Lorraine, the owner, was friendly and provided us with great recommendations for walks and places to eat in the village. The lodge offered great privacy, and the shower seemed like a spa shower. We also loved the fact that there were two pubs and a convenience store within walking distance in Burwell. The tranquil countryside setting, complete with fruit trees and wild deer, made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Kendall Lodge for a wonderful and enjoyable getaway.

The studio was well-equipped for a family, with plastic plates provided. the owner, Lorraine, was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease. the location of the studio was peaceful and had a huge back garden, perfect for relaxation. the bed was amazingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the shower was a standout feature, providing a spa-like experience.

There was a slight mustiness in the room and the path to the cabin was across a garden, leading to wet shoes. the absence of a mirror in the main bedroom made it inconvenient for drying hair.

We got very nice value for our money at Kendall Lodge. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The location was perfect, being close to our desired destinations.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection even better would be a wider variety of options.
